I was looking for a new Aluma brand utility trailer and discovered that I had a dealer (The Cargo Trailer Store, Palmetto Florida) about 70 miles from my home. I made numerous phone calls to The Cargo Trailer Store seeking information and getting a lot of questions answered as I believe in doing my homework before making a significant purchase. Ricky was a wealth of knowledge and had infinite patience with me. About 45 days after I started looking for this trailer, I finally decided to make the drive to Palmetto, Florida and get an up close look at the trailer I was interested in. In this day and age of very little customer service, I was amazed at the lengths Ricky went to in order show me exactly what he had. The quality of the Aluma trailer is unmatched by any other manufacturer of all aluminum trailers. Ricky pointed out certain advantages of the trailer that I had not taken into consideration. It didn’t take me long to choose the trailer that would fit my needs. The professionalism and product knowledge that The Cargo Trailer Store employees display is beyond reproach. I can sum up The Cargo Trailer Store in Palmetto, Florida in a few short words. Great customer service, excellent product knowledge, courteous, professionalism, reasonable prices and a willingness to out of their way to satisfy the customer. If I ever need another trailer of ANY type, I’ll be returning to The Cargo Trailer Store in Palmetto, Florida.
